WINTER WARM WEAR PROGRAM
ResourceWest provides winter warm wear to over 1,000 Twin Cities West Metro children annually, aged infants through 18, so they have a safe, fun, and healthy winter.
Families visit ResourceWest during appointments between mid-October and early November to choose a new or gently used winter coat, new water-resistant gloves or mittens, and a new hat for their children.
2024 Registration
To qualify for the program, your child must attend school in the Hopkins or Minnetonka School Districts or live in one of the following cities:
At the time of your appointment, you must bring a photo I.D., proof of current address, and identification for each registered child.
Other qualifications include having physical custody of your child and the child being an infant - 18 years of age.

Ways to Support
Monetary donations are always welcome, allowing us to purchase the most needed items. Donate online today to share warmth with children in your community.
Winter gear can be purchased online on our Amazon and Target wish lists to have donations sent directly to us.
Accepted Items:
Donations of Winter Warm Wear items can be dropped off at ResourceWest during our donation drop-off hours. Donations are preferred by October 17th.
